How beautiful and profound. Sometimes it is the little things that can make all the difference. A smile can indeed go a long way. I really try to laugh a lot.. I mean I make a concerted effort to find the humor in things… life throws us a lot of curve balls, and I have been hit right smack in the face with a few of them, and for me finding the humor helps.

This is so true, Elisa. It amazes me how a smile will lift my spirits, and I wonder if when I smile at someone they feel the same.
Smiles, smiles, smiles!! I do wonder if people’s spirit is lifted when I smile at someone. I tend to have a smile on my face without knowing sometimes. You create your own happiness, but friends do make it that much better
